Shipping policy

Delivery

The products sold on ShapeVivo are digital content: no physical shipping is involved. Once your payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive access to your purchased product via download and/or by email to the address used at checkout. If you do not receive access to your product within a few minutes of purchase, please check your email's spam folder before contacting us through the Contact form on our website.

Returns and refunds

As these are digital products supplied with immediate access, pursuant to Article 59, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance of the digital supply has begun with your prior express consent (see our Terms and Conditions of Service). Accordingly, no automatic refund is provided once you have accessed the content.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product, or believe you received a product other than the one you purchased, please contact us through the Contact form on our website within 14 days of your purchase: we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
